Terms of Service

Effective date: 11 June 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites and applications operated by Diskus AI (“Diskus”, “we”, “us”), including Diskus AI Email, Bhagya Jyotish, and other products in the Diskus suite (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. A single Diskus account may grant access to multiple Diskus applications through our sign-on platform.

2. Acceptable use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to content you create or connect within the Services (mail, documents, charts, settings). You grant us only the limited license needed to operate the Services on your behalf — for example, storing and transmitting your messages when you ask the email client to send them.

4. Third-party services

Some features connect to third-party services (for example Google, when you link a Gmail mailbox or sign in with Google). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies; our handling of data received from them is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Beta features

Features or products marked as alpha, beta, preview, or in development are provided as-is, may change or be withdrawn at any time, and may have reduced reliability compared to generally-available Services.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including their software, design, and branding, are owned by Diskus and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or source code except as separately licensed.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Astrological content in Bhagya Jyotish is provided for informational and cultural purposes and is not professional, medical, financial, or legal advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diskus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or ₹5,000.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the Services or by email; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
