Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Diskus account here, without signing in and without installing anything. This covers every Diskus application, including Cricket Wise, Card Games, KarmaQ, Bhagya Jyotish, Diskus AI Email and Astra Home — one account serves all of them.

What happens next

1. We email the address you entered with a confirmation link, valid for 24 hours.
2. Following that link starts a 30-day grace period. You can cancel at any time before it ends by signing in to any Diskus app and choosing Settings → Account → Cancel deletion.
3. After 30 days your account is erased and we email you to confirm.

The grace period is deliberate. It gives you time to change your mind, and it means that if someone else gains access to your account and requests deletion, you have a month to sign in and stop it.

Already signed in?

You can do this from inside any Diskus app under Settings → Account → Delete account. That route skips the email confirmation, because being signed in already proves the account is yours.

What is deleted, and what is kept

In full detail on the Data Deletion page. In short: your identity, sign-in details and game data are erased. Records of payments are kept because tax law requires it, and where a payment exists the game data attached to it is kept on the same basis — used only for tax, refunds and disputes, never for analytics or marketing.
