Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective date: 11 June 2026This policy applies to paid subscriptions and one-time purchases for Diskus AI services (“Services”). Free tiers and beta programs involve no payment and are not covered.
1. Cancelling a subscription
- You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or by writing to hello@diskus.ai.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
2. Refunds
- First purchase, 7-day window. If you are unsatisfied with your first paid subscription, contact us within 7 days of the initial charge for a full refund.
- Renewals. Renewal charges are refundable if you contact us within 7 days of the renewal date and have not made material use of the Service in the new period.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full once verified.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of approval (bank processing times may add to this).
3. Exceptions
- Charges older than the windows above, and periods of substantial use, are generally not refundable, though we review every request in good faith.
- Where a Service was unavailable for an extended period due to a fault on our side, we will credit or refund the affected time regardless of the windows above.
- Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).
4. How to request a refund
Email hello@diskus.ai from your account email with the transaction reference. We respond to refund requests within 3 business days.
